Bacon Wrapped Meat Loaf

- ground beef
- 1 pkg
- onion, diced
- garlic powder
- cracker meal
- ground beef seasoning
1Place ground beef in large bowl, add parsley, garlic powder and ground beef seasoning according to taste.
2Blend in onion, then add eggs.
3Add cracker meal until firm.
5Place on a rack in a roasting pan, wrapping bacon on bottom first.
6Wrap entire loaf with bacon so that strips overlap.
7Crisscross bacon strips on top to hold firm.
8Bake at 325 degrees to 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until firm.
