1/4 cgreen pepper, chopped

1/4 clemon juice

1/4 conion, chopped

1/4 cbread crumbs

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

6 slicebacon, cut in half
How To Make bacon-wrapped little loaves

1Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix all of the ingredients, except the bacon, together.

3Shape the mixture into 6 small loaves.

4Crisscross 2 of the half slices of bacon across each loaf, tucking the ends under each loaf.

5Place the loaves on a rack in a shallow baking pan and bake uncovered for 50 minutes.

6Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
