My Aunt Sue made this when I was a kid and now I serve it to my family. It is easy and very tasty. A co-worker that I shared the recipe with calls it "Lazy Glumpky"

Ingredients For aunt susie's cabbage casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    tomato soup
  • 6 c
    shredderd cabbge

How To Make aunt susie's cabbage casserole

    Saute the beef and drain off the fat. Reserve
  • 2
    In the same skillet that you sauted the beef saute the cabbage to soft. You may want to add in a bit of water periodically and cover to help process along.

    Layer the cabbage and beef (starting with cabbage and ending with cabbage) in a casserole (spray it with Pam)
  • 4
    Top with undiluted tomato soup.

    Cover your casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
