This recipe is my aunt's.. but I have shared it with everyone I know. We make it quite a few times a year. Perfect Sunday dinner, and make killer sandwiches the next day (if there are any leftovers!)Serve with mashed potatoes, or egg noodles. It makes a lot of gravy! Couldn't be easier to make.

1 pkgbrown gravy mix - dry

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1/2 cwater

1 Tbspyellow mustard

1 Tbspbrown sugar

2 tspchili powder

1 smonion - chopped

1/4 cbutter
How To Make aunt sandy's baked steak

1Preheat the oven to 325. Place the roast in a large casserole that has a lid. Combine the the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and warm until well blended. Pour mixture over roast, cover, pop it it the oven and bake for 2 1/2 hours! That's it! Melt in your mouth tender..
