ASIAN MEATLOAF IN THE SLOW COOKER

I CAME UP WITH THIS WHEN I THAWED THE WRONG MEAT. WHEN I SEEN GROUND BEEF I WAS LIKE, WELL I GUESS MEATLOAF IT IS. SO I PLAYED AND CAME UP WITH THIS, IT IS NOW THE ONLY MEATLOAF I MAKE.

Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground beef
1/3 c
quick-cooking oats

egg slightly beaten

small onion grated
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
fresh grated ginger
1/4 c
canned chopped water chestnuts
1/4 c
teriyaki sauce
1 c
cooked long grain brown rice
1 Tbsp
toasted sesame seeds

Directions Step-By-Step

IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT SESAME SEEDS. FORM INTO A 6 INCH ROUND LOAF, PRESS SESAME SEEDS INTO THE TOP OF THE LOAF. PLACE LOAF IN SLOW COOKER. COOK ON LOW FOR 4 HOURS. REMOVE FROM SLOW COOKER, LET SET 10-15 MINUTES AND SLICE.
