I'm half Cuban and my Grandmother use to make this for the whole family. Yummy for your tummy. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family has and still do.

Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground beef
1 lb
ground pork
1 large
onion, diced
1 large
bell pepper, diced
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 can(s)
8 oz, tomato sauce
1 1/4 c
dry cooking wine
salt and pepper to taste.
1 pkg
goya sazon if you can get it.
spanish salad olives, about 3 tablespoons, no pits

Step-By-Step

1In a semi-deep pan, cook meat, onions, peppers, garlic, and olives. Drain fat.
2add all other ingredients and cook on low for about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve over white rice.
