In a sauce pan , add chicken stock, pepper and some roux to thicken. When you reach the texture you like add the chicken base to flavor the sauce. Then add the white wine. Now you can add the beans beef onions and peppers. Simmer at low heat until it is warn enough for you to eat. Enjoy
A roux is 1 part flour and 1 part Margarine cooked to get the starch taste out.
