Rose Mary's Notes:

I finally perfected this recipe to my satisfaction. They are tasty, thick juicy, flavorful, cheesy & sooo full of flavor.

I am so proud of this recipe, & my husband wants me to make some to freeze where we can have them for a quick meal idea.

I had a few failed attempts at trying to make this work, & am glad to say I finally succeeded.

Don't just take my word for it, try them for yourself, you will understand what I mean. You do not need an outdoor grill to get the great flavors to come together in these burgers.

Shape them Round or long, either will satisfy your taste buds.

Directions

1
For this recipe you will need 2 packages of dry Ranch Seasoning packets. I used an off brand variety with great results and flavor.
2
Mince the garlic, chop the shallot, and grate the small onion.
3
Combine the feta with the shredded mozzarella
4
Add the ground chuck to a large bowl, then add the eggs, panko, minced garlic, chopped shallots and grated onion, as well as the worcestershire sauce & steak seasoning. Combine together but do not handle too much. Just enough so meat holds together.
5
Shape the ground beef into balls of equal size. Should get 14 total. Then pat them out flat, and make a well into the center of first burger, then fill well with feta and mozzarella mixture. Next flatten out another burger, and place over the burger with the cheese filling, then press edges of burger together to seal.
6
Place on a large platter till are are complete. Then heat a heavy bottom skillet( I USED A 16 INCH SIZE SKILLET) over medium high heat, then add all of the burgers OR AS MANY AS YOU CAN WITHOUT OVER CROWDING. ALLOW TO COOK about 4-5 minutes on bottom side.
7
Then place the skillet in preheated 350 degree F. oven and continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes. Or until desired doneness. Then add a slice of sharp cheddar Cheese to each burger, and leave in oven for 1 minute to 1 1/2 minutes until cheese melts. Remove from oven and serve on toasted buns if desired with tomato slices, grilled onions, & flat pickles. My husband took one before I could take a picture of all 7 burgers.
8
Serve with your favorite fries or Onion Rings.

Thanks so much Leila, they were really good. That Ranch dry dressing mix adds lots of flavor. They were the best Burgers I have eaten in a long time.

They were so good in fact that I didn't even make my Valentine's Day Dinner, we ate the left overs. I plan to make my Valentine's Dinner Menu today. My husband has another 12 hour day, so it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your comments.

Thanks Patsy, I love Red onion also, but I opted to use the milder white onions and just carmelized them, it worked out great with the 3 cheeses. Thanks for your comments.
