I made this for my son's 40th birthday party last night, and it was a huge hit, but I made it with 5# hamburger, 1# bacon and 1# Kielbasa for the meat...used 2 Tbsp. dry mustard, 3 lg cans Bush's beans, 2 baby butter beans and 1 can light kidney beans. Of course, I increased the amounts of brown sugar and ketchup...and used some Cajun seasoning and other spices. This is a very versatile recipe and I'm so glad that other people are enjoying it as much as we have for many years. I make this every Christmas for our party at the law office...it's like a holiday tradition (ha)! Thanks for posting, Pearl!
