Question: Am I the only one who has leftover Meatloaf? What do you do with it? Well you can make many 2nd round meals if you store the leftovers right. Here is one of my 2nd round meatloaf dishes. I kind of made this one up as I went shopping the next day but it turned out great. it is not only easy but yummy. You can add in any other ingredients you wish or like.

Ingredients For 2nd round taco pizza

  • 1
    leftover meatloaf, broken up into pieces
  • 1 md
    lettuce, sliced
  • 1 lg
    tomatoe, diced
  • 3 pkg
    cheese, shredded
  • 1 can
    olives, sliced
  • 1 pkg
    pizza dough
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bottle
    hot sauce
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1
    cookie sheet

How To Make 2nd round taco pizza

    In a hot frying pan over medium heat break up into pieces & heat the leftover meatloaf. Add in the taco seasoning mix & follow the directions.

    Place the pizza dough on an ungreased cookie sheet & place in a pre-heated oven at 350 for about 10 mins or until pizza dough is a light golden brown.

    In the mean time slice and dice up the letuce & tomatoe. Plaing each one in a bowl & setting aside. Open the cheese and olive & place each also in a bowl.

    Once pizza dough is cooked emove from the oven. Spread the meat mix in a single layer all over the dough. Top with the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese & olives. Bake for another 10 mins or just until the cheese has melted.

    Remove from oven. Slice into sqaures. Top with hto sauce & sour cream.
