chicken stock low sodium
jalapeno pepper minced with seens
scallions sliced green and white parts
shitake mushrooms sliced with stems and tops removed
naturally brewed soy sauce
the juice of lemons
the zest of two lemons
block silken tofu cut into 1/2 inch cubes
