mini shrimp, cooked & finely chopped
water chestnuts, drained & finely chopped
green onions, finely chopped
ginger root, minced
Cook pork until no pink remains.
Stir in shrimp,onion,soy sauce & ginger root.
Stir in sherry with cornstrach and add to pork mixture.
Fill wrapper with 1 T-spoon of pork mixture dip finger in water and rub along edges of wrapper and fold over and press to seal.
Brown in a skillet with a small amount of oil.About 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water, lower heat, cover to steam for 10 minutes.
