Low Carb California Roll

Not so much a recipe as an idea. I love California rolls but when I am watching my calories/carbs I figured I could do without the rice. This is quick and easy and can be used for many different variations of rolls.

Ingredients

3 stick
imitation leg style crab
3 slice
cucumber
3 slice
avocado
Optional
wasabi, pickled ginger, soy sauce, siracha

Step-By-Step

1Carefully unroll 1 imitation crab leg.
2Place cucumber and avocado slice (and any other veggies you want to add) on top of crab sheet and roll up. Carefully slice or leave whole. Repeat for other 2 crab legs.
3Garnish with optional ingredients.
