Ingredients

1-lb. lobsyers, split lengthwise
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
sherry
1 small
onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
water

Step-By-Step

1Steam lobster over boiling water. On each 1/2 lobster pour soy sauce, sherry, onion and water mixed. Steam 10-12 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
