When I made avocado lentils salad, I thought it must be great for sandwiches. I was right. I chosed dark rye bread but pita bread matches very well too ( I tried already)

A few of our very favorite ingredients...mixed together in a delicious way we never could have imagined on our own. Love that kitchen creativity!

12 slice
dark rye bread
1/2 c
dry lentils
1
avocado
12-15
leaves of green lettuce, torn
1/2 c
minced sweet onion
1/2 c

mayonnaise
4 Tbsp
greek yogurt, plain
2 tsp
