Ingredients For egg fu yung
- SAUCE

1 cchicken or beef broth

2 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspsesame oil
- EGG FU YUNG

1 1/2-2 cfinely chopped veggies (cabbage, zucchini, bean sprouts, celery)

1/2 cdiced onion
-
1/4 cfinely sliced mushroom

6eggs, beaten
-
oil for frying
How To Make egg fu yung

1Heat oil in skillet. Stri-fry veggies for 1-2 minutes. Add eggs. Cook till eggs are done.

2Whisk together all sauce ingredients. Bring to boil. Serve together while hot.
