Ingredients For egg fu yung

  • SAUCE
  • 1 c
    chicken or beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • EGG FU YUNG
  • 1 1/2-2 c
    finely chopped veggies (cabbage, zucchini, bean sprouts, celery)
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 1/4 c
    finely sliced mushroom
  • 6
    eggs, beaten
  • oil for frying

How To Make egg fu yung

  • 1
    Heat oil in skillet. Stri-fry veggies for 1-2 minutes. Add eggs. Cook till eggs are done.

    Whisk together all sauce ingredients. Bring to boil. Serve together while hot.
