Ingredients For asian mandarin chicken salad
- DRESSING:

2 - 11 oz canmandarin oranges, juice & oranges seperated

1/2 crice vinegar
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium
-
1/4 csesame oil
-
1 pinchcayenne pepper
-
1/2 tspginger, fresh, grated

3 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 cmayonnaise
- SALAD:
-
1 pkgrice noodles
-
6scallions, thinly sliced (both greens & whites)

1rotisserie chicken, deboned, cut into bite size pieces
-
1 calmonds, slivered, toasted
How To Make asian mandarin chicken salad

1DRESSING: In a non metal bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients (except oranges). Refrigerate 30 minutes for flavors to marry.

2SALAD: Cook rice noodles according to directions on package. Cool completely. Chop slightly. Toss oranges, scallions, chicken, almonds & cooled noodles; mix well. Pour dressing over & mix well.

3Eat as is over a bed of lettuce or make into a sandwich.
