- 1 can Dime Brand (Eagle Brand) milk
- 2 egg yokes
- ¼ cup lemon juice
1Mix and pour in a vanilla wafer crust (Crush the vanilla wafers add a little butter to make it stick together. Press into the pie pan.)
2Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar until you have stiff peaks to make meringue.
3Put the meringue on the pie and bake at 350o until the peaks are brown.
