This is a recipe I found while searching for recipes in the Bahamams. It is from "Saveur" site under Caribbean recipes. Note: Time doesn't include time for freezing, so plan ahead!!

simple syrup

fresh lime juice

heavy cream

How To Make beach towel caribbean cocktail

Puree half the rum, syrup, juice, berries, and 1 1⁄2 cups ice in a blender. Pour into 2 glasses; freeze.

Puree remaining rum, syrup, juice, cream, bananas, and 1 1⁄2 cups ice. Pour over frozen strawberry mixture.
