Can you substitute anything for the grapefruit? It interferes with some of the medicine I take so was just wondering.

Yes, I am hooked on cucumber and lemon water. I drink that everyday. So when I make my water I usually add lemon......This is all I drink.

I've seen this written up much more indepth. Such as you can use tangerine,oranges,or cuties. Fill the pitcher with water. You are supposed to drink 3 8 oz glasses a day.Refill the pitcher for 2 days and then it's time to stat over. Do this for 10 days and see how you feel.I plan to add some lemon or lime slices to mine. I went on a kick for about a week where I wanted nothing to eat or drink except water with fresh lemon or lime and I drank it all day in a slushie. I lost 10 pounds!!!! So I can't wait to get started here!! Good luck everyone!!
