Very refreshing orange, nectarine and banana smoothie. A great combo of fruit to start off the day. Kids will love it too!

Ingredients

1 large
nectarine, pitted and quartered
1/2 large
banana frozen and broken into chunks
1/2 large
orange, peeled and quartered
1/2 c
orange juice
1 1/2 tsp
honey or 2 tsp sugar or splenda
3/4 c
vanilla or plain yogurt, low fat
1/2 c
ice cubes (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Place the Nectarine slices, frozen Banana chunks, Vanilla Yogurt, Orange slices, juice and Honey into the blender. Add ice one or two cubes at a time and pulse until desired consistency.
Blend until smooth.
