Ingredients

pineapple juice

vanilla yogurt or 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
1 c
frozen strawberries partially thawed
2 medium
ripe bananas peeled if they are frozen ahead of time it makes the smoothie colder and thicker

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine pineapple juice, yogurt, strawberries and bananas into a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.

To use frozen bananas when you buy your bananas just peel and cut into 1 inch pieces for easy use.

Put in a covered container and freeze until ready to make your smoothie.
