This is a drink that will give you that something to fill you up till break time. This is so wonderful for those that do not eat breakfast usually because they don't want something heavy, or feel they don't have time.

Ingredients

1/4 c
water
1/2
cold coffee- strong
1/4 c
low fat milk
1 pkg
splenda
2 Tbsp
cocoa powder
1 Tbsp
smooth peanut butter
1
scoup protein powder (25g protein per scoup)

ice cubes (optional)
1 dash(es)
vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

In a blender combine all ingredients and pulse/blend till smooth. Slowly add 2 ice cubes at a time for desired consistency.

I enjoy APC Whey Protein powder in Chocolate, but use what you have or like.
