Ingredients For peanut butter and jelly milk shake

    scoops of vanilla or chocolate ice cream or frozen yogurt or any other lower fat ice cream substitute
  • 1 c
    cold milk any kind (soy,almond works to)
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    frozen grape juice concentrate
  • 4-5
    ice cubes (optional)
  • 1
    frozen banana (optional)
  • 1-2
    scoops of protein powder (chocolate,vanilla,or peanut butter flavor)(optional)
