Great Low Calorie Chocolate Malted Milk Shake

- 1/2 c
- ice cubes
- 10 oz
- skim milk
- 1 Tbsp
- malted milk powder, such as carnation (look for sugar free)
- 1/4 c
- sugar free chocolate syrup
- note: i found the sugar free at the grocer's in the organic section of the store.
1In a large cocktail chaker, add the ice, milk, malt powder and chocolate syrup.
2Shake until foamy and strain int a tall glass.
4NOTE: If using your blender omit the ice, blend ingredients and pour over ice placed in a tall glass.
