I've been on a smoothie kick lately and this is my most recent-and current favorite-concoction.

Ingredients

banana

frozen strawberries

frozen peach slices

frozen cherries
1/2 tsp
vanilla(optional, but it gives it a bit sweeter taste, without adding any sweetener)
1/2-1 c
water or coconut water(use as much as you need to get the consistency you want)

Directions Step-By-Step

Put it all in the blender and blend til smooth, adding liquid as needed until desired thickness and consistency.
