Luscious Cocoa Smoothies

I have noticed several drinks on this site but since I like chocolate so much this is what I make and it is low in calories. So you diabetics pay attention to this.

cocoa, unsweetened
2 Tbsp
sugar or splenda
3 Tbsp
warm water
1 large
banana, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 c
skim milk
2 c
nonfat frozen yogurt

Directions Step-By-Step

Stir together cocoa and sugar in a small bowl. Add water; Stir until well blended. In blender, place banana and cocoa mixture. Cover; blend until smooth. Add milk and frozen yogurt. Cover; blend until smooth. Serv e immediately.
