Low Cal Banana Mango Smoothie

When you consider that this recipe makes about 32 oz, it's amazing that it only has 265 calories (and yes, that's the WHOLE recipe, NOT per 8 oz ;D).

You can also swap out the mango for just about any frozen fruit and still be well under 300 calories. :)

Ingredients

1 medium
banana
1 c
frozen mango chunks
1/2 c
nonfat, plain greek yogurt

ice cubes
1 c
cold water

Directions Step-By-Step

Add ingredients to blender.

For easier blending: fruit at the bottom, followed by water, yogurt and ice last.

Blend until the chunks are gone. Pour into a glass, and enjoy. :)
