Ingredients

1 c
blackberries
1 c
strawberries, stemmed and halved
1 c
blueberries
1 c
low fat vanilla soymilk
1/8 tsp
cinnamon, ground
3
ice cubes

Step-By-Step

1combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. if berries are not fully ripe, add a little honey or splenda for sweetness.
