Ingredients

1/2 c
blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 c
strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp
honey
1
banana
1/4 c
pineapple chunks, fresh chopped
1/3 c
udos or flexseed oil
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds
1 c
almond milk

Step-By-Step

1Mix together all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until nice and smooth. Can be made without udos or flax seed.
2Hint chop and freeze banana ahead of time. Store in a sealed container.
