Gluten-Free Banana Breakfast Smoothie

|1/8 tsp||ground nutmeg or cinnamon|

DirectionsCombine first 5 ingredients in a blender and process for 2 minutes or until smooth.Add yogurt and process just until blended and serve ammidiately.NOTE:Instead of frozen banana you can substitute frozen strawberries with strawberry low fat yogurt, peach with low fat peach yogurt.
