Gluten-Free Banana Breakfast Smoothie

|1/2 c||1% low fat milk|
|1/2 c||chushed ice|
|1/8 tsp||ground nutmeg or cinnamon|
|1||frozen sliced ripe large banana|
|1 c||plain 2% reduced fat greek yogurt|
One of my friends told me that he loves this drink in the morning. He tells me that this low-fat protein-packed smoothie is perfect for on the go and by adding the yogurt at the very end impacts a creamy texture. Woody and I tried it and it's really good.
