Ingredients For fruit smoothies

  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    plain or vanilla lowfat yougurt
  • 1
    banana, peeled and cut up
  • 1 c
    fruit-strawberries, blueberries or combination
  • 1 Tbsp
    oatmeal (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla (optional)
  • 1 tsp
    sugar or sweetner (optional)

How To Make fruit smoothies

  • 1
    Put all in blender. Pulse all to start and then blend til smooth. Serve right away.
