I haven't made smoothies yet so I am adding this to my collection as I really want to make this. Looks SO good! Seems as though it would be better for you than shakes. :) at least thats what I tell myself!

Ingredients

1 c
whole milk
1 c
plain yogurt
1/2 c
freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 c
honey

bananas, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 pt
fresh strawberries
1/2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1-2 c
crushed ice

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large-capacity blender combine all of the ingredients and puree until smooth. (Alternatively, puree in batches if necessary.) Serve the smoothies in chilled tall glasses.

**I LOVE this smoothie recipe and love to make it for breakfast, so quick, easy and delish! I make it with the Silk Soy Very Vanilla milk to give it a little extra vanilla and instead of plain yogurt I make it with the plain greek yogurt to add some extra protien and it tasted so, so good! mlcruth

**this time i cut the recipe in half and used 1/4 cranberry apple juice and 1/4 oj with adding chocolate sturp in for about 10 seconds to the mix while it was running. it was even better, i have a sweet tooth. byron93_7829708
