Ingredients For fruit smoothie

  • 1 md
    apple (cut up into cubes)
  • 2 md
    kiwi (skinned and cut)
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh pineapple (cut) (use canned if fresh is not available)
  • 1/2 md
    cantaloupe (skinned and cut)
  • 1/4 c
    fresh spinach
  • 1 lg
    ripe banana (chilled if you remember)
  • 1/4 c
    fruit juice (any kind- i use cranberry)
  • 1 scoop
    ice (to make cold)

How To Make fruit smoothie

  • 1
    Dump all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

    Pour into the glass(es).
