Ingredients For fruit smoothie

1 mdapple (cut up into cubes)

2 mdkiwi (skinned and cut)

1 1/2 cfresh pineapple (cut) (use canned if fresh is not available)

1/2 mdcantaloupe (skinned and cut)

1/4 cfresh spinach

1 lgripe banana (chilled if you remember)

1/4 cfruit juice (any kind- i use cranberry)

1 scoopice (to make cold)
How To Make fruit smoothie

1Dump all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

2Pour into the glass(es).
