Easy Raspberry Lassi
It's a good meal replacement late in the day if you want something light. This one is a bit tart so taste it before serving, you might want to add more sweetener.

- 2 c
- plain yogurt (i used goat yogurt)
- 1 c
- almond milk, unsweetened
- 1-10 oz pkg
- frozen organic raspberries
- 6 Tbsp
- xylitol (i ground it fine in my magic bullet)
1If using Xylitol grind it up fine. It is very grainy.
2Add all the ingredients, then taste. If you want to add more sweetener do so now. No need to add ice, the frozen raspberries are perfect in this.
