fresh berries, of your choice
3/4 c
low fat plain yogurt
1/2 c
orange juice, fresh
2 Tbsp
milk, nonfat, dry
1 Tbsp
wheat germ, toasted
1 Tbsp
honey
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

place berries, yogurt, orange juice, dry milk, wheat germ, honey and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
