Citrus And Spice Smoothie

this is a great smoothie if you like to spice things up

Ingredients

2 small
ripe bananas (frozen in chunks is preferred)
1 medium
orange, peeled and halved
1/2 c
pineapple, diced (fresh, frozen or canned i use fresh)
1/2 to 2/3 c
cream or milk
2 Tbsp
maple syrup or sugar, optional to taste
3/4 tsp
cinnamon
3/4 tsp
ginger
1/2 tsp
nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice, optional
1/2 tsp
orange or vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

optionally, garnish with a slice of orange or pineapple or a sprinkle of cinnamon. serve immediately.

note: all spices are to taste, if you prefer more or less spices, adjust amounts to your liking.
