1 cpomegranate juice

1/2 cblueberries, frozen

How To Make black and blue smoothie

1Place all ingredients into a blender in the following order: ice, strawberries, blackberries, carrots, blueberries, soy milk and pomegranate juice.

2Blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into glass and serve.
