Berry Healthy Smoothie

This is a delicious way to get in a breakfast in the morning. Instead of coffee, quickly whip up one of these in the morning and put in a mug that will fit into your cup holder in your car.
To make it easier, pre-measure your frozen berries or select your favorite fruit (peaches, bananas, pears, strawberries etc) and cut it up and freeze it. Then place into snack ziploc baggies and its pre-measured.

Ingredients

1 medium
banana, broken in chunks
1/4 c
milk, low fat
1/4 c
plain low fat yogurt
1/4 c
orange juice
3/4 c
frozen mixed berries
1 Tbsp
wheat germ
1 Tbsp
flax
1 tsp
honey or 2 splenda packets
1 c
ice cubes

Directions Step-By-Step

In a blender, combine all ingredients and pulse/blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
