Ingredients

1 banana
1 egg protein powder (replacement) scoop
1/4 almond milk
1 c ice, crushed
2 Tbsp honey
OR 2 PACKETS OF STEVIA

Here is another shake I used to make for when I was body building it makes for a great meal replacement, You get Protein and Potassium plus it is lactose free.....

Directions

In a blender in this order; crushed ice, banana, almond milk, honey or stevia...pulse 3x then sprinkle egg protein powder in and pulse 3 to 4 times

Using a rubber spatula push down the sides...pulse a few more times till all is mixed well and is thick as you like it....Pour into glass and enjoy

JoSele, where do you get egg protein powder? I want to try this and especially like that it's lactose free.

I get it at the health food stores...it comes in a box.....I am lactose intolerant and have problems eating eggs too...you can bake with the powder too...I know you both will enjoy this at one time I used real eggs but can't anymore...Let me know how they come out...These are great for meal replacements because of the vitamins you get out of it....It is Yummy

I have a hard time getting protein, and don't do milk or eggs... not a lot of meat, just a little of anything really... I had stomach surgery.... Thanks for the post!
