Ingredients

24 oz. lemonade
16 strawberries
2 quarts lime sherbet, softened at room temperature for 30 minutes
4 liters carbonated tom collins mix

Directions Step-By-Step

First make an ice ring. Mix the lemonade and strawberries in a gelatin mold. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until solid. When ice ring is ready, mix the softened sherbet with all but 1 cup of the Tom Collins mix, and beat with a whisk. Add reserved cup of mix just prior to serving, to give the punch extra carbonation. Serve in large punch bowl with the fruited ice ring. Serves 20 to 24
