My daughter gave me this recipe serveral years ago. She found it online and served it at a family get-together.

You make up the base the day ahead, then add the ginger ale just before serving.

Ingredients

1/3 c
sugar
1 qt
cranberry juice
2 c
unsweetened pineapple juice
3 Tbsp
almond extract
1
2 liter bottle ginger ale
frozen cranberries for garnish, if desired

Directions Step-By-Step

The day before, mix together sugar, cranberry juice, pineapple juice and almond extract. Refrigerate overnight.

Next day place juice mixture in a punch bowl, pour in ginger ale, garnish with some frozen cranberries and serve.
