small bunch ( a few sprigs ) of mint leaves
tray of ice ( or a quarter of a bag)
water ( depending on the size of your pitcher ) to a
water ( you may also use unflavored mineral water as well)
1Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit Peel tangerine. Combine all ingredients fruits, vegetables, gallon of water, and ice into a large pitcher.
