Fabulous Citrus Cucumber Water Fat Flush!!!!

It's refreshing and gentle. Kid friendly as well. The Vitamin C turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber makes you feel full. Try it for 10 days and see what you think!

Ingredients

grapefruit sliced
3
tangerines sectioned
1
cucumber sliced
1 bunch
small bunch ( a few sprigs ) of mint leaves
1
tray of ice ( or a quarter of a bag)
1/2 gal
water ( depending on the size of your pitcher ) to a
1 gal
water ( you may also use unflavored mineral water as well)

Directions Step-By-Step

Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit Peel tangerine. Combine all ingredients fruits, vegetables, gallon of water, and ice into a large pitcher.

Refrigerate for about 15 minutes
Stir & Enjoy!

@Yolanda santamaria yolasant You could dd agave nectar that may help with the tartness of the water. It's a natural sweetener.
