Tiffany's Notes:

Cilantro is long prized for its ability to detox the body.

Cilantro is so effectual it can even rid the body of heavy metal poisoning from elements like mercury and lead.

I would recommend drinking this regularly, but monthly or quarterly is a great bare minimum regime.

Enjoy, drink up, and feel BETTER!!!

The main photo is a with and without fruit version. The recipe renders 1 quart. Pictured is 2. Some people have been reported to say that Cilantro leaves a soapy taste in their mouth. Don't be dismayed; it is actually a gene in your DNA that creates this phenomenon.

Directions

1
Place all ingredients in a shatter-proof container. Give a vigorous stir to bruise the cilantro and/or fruit and to thoroughly incorporate the honey (local is best).
2
Allow to set out until reaches room temperature. Then refrigerate overnight. Optionally, strain while serving.

I am happy you are going for it. We are currently drinking the 2 quarts in the picture. Depending on what you are used to drinking, you may want to add more fruit. Aside from Ayurvedists, most people snub herbs and fruit. I have a basil beverage and a rosemary beverage, in case you are interested. Thanks again!!!!
