Ingredients

pumpkin, chopped up into chuncks
2 c
apple juice
1/2 c
pineapple juice
1 tsp
honey (adjust to your liking)

Step-By-Step

11.Juice the pumpkin pieces by squeezing through a cheesecloth or using a juicer if you have one.

22.Pour the pumpkin juice, apple juice and pineapple juice into a blender.
