Have been making this every September for years.It's ready at Xmas time and a bottle of this makes a great hostess gift. Many of my friends just love to eat the plums and they are really delish after sitting in sugar and vodka for 3 months. My only warning-Do not operate machinery or sign any legal papers after consuming the plums! Enjoy!

2 to 3 cplums

1 qtvodka or gin

2 csugar
How To Make plum good

1Stem and wash plums. Put in wide mouth jar. Add either vodka or gin and sugar. Swish each week until sugar dissolves. Store a minimum of three months.
