Makes enough for 20 servings.
1. Beat the eggs until they are light and lemon colored. Add sugar gradually, beating constantly Continue beating and gradually add the bourbon and rum. Slowly add 2 cups of cream.
2. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
3. Sprinkle the nutmeg over the surface and chill overnight in the refrigerator. Makes enough for 20 servings!
