DirectionsAdd all ingredients to a large bowl and soak overnight covered with a cloth.
Use a blender to whip the milk out of the oats.
Strain the milk through a fine sieve, or cheesecloth, into a bowl.
Store in a clean glass jar in the fridge.
Will keep for several days.Note:
You can still use the leftover pulp ot make oatmeal or throw it in your bread dough.To make it sweetened I took 1/4 cup sugar and just enough water to make it sort of liquid and microwaved it for 30 seconds then poured it in the oat milk
For the vanilla I put in two teaspoons for the recipe made above
