I'm not sure if a bulb of garlic is a single clove or an entire head......I would start with a clove and see.

When using garlic or onions in anything. It is important to cut/slice/grind and let set 10 min before using to release their healing properties.

well I know the vinegar & honey with and without garlic helps for sore throats and cough, and a friend of mine shared that cinnamon & honey is a cure all boost when mixed together. I have everything but the lemons, maybe I'll pick some up later and give it a try . Thanks for sharing, I find all the little natural health tips very interesting. 8]

A bulb of garlic is the whole head, a clove of garlic is one of the pieces which makes up the bulb.
