A friend posted this on fb. She swears by it. I don't know if it will cure you, but it certainly won't hurt you.


fresh lemons
bulb garlic
2 tsp
ground ginger root
2 Tbsp
3 c
pineapple juice
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerato
Take 1 C 4 times a day until symptons are resolved
I'm not sure if a bulb of garlic is a single clove or an entire head......I would start with a clove and see.

When using garlic or onions in anything. It is important to cut/slice/grind and let set 10 min before using to release their healing properties.

I would like to add that after I left my husband the kids and I were living in a small travel trailer. My daughter was sleeping in the bed with me due to lack of beds and she got very sick with the flu. I did not get the flu even tho I used to get every illness and it would be 2 to 3 times as long for me. Try it. It works.

This really works. I used to get every illness that went around. However when the mixture sit in the fridge, the hotness increases, at least it did for me. I mix up a third at a time and its enough for my 2 kids and I each time.

I have been reading, where you should cut up garlic and onions and let them sit up to 10 min before using; to release the healing properties.

Ive been very fortunate this winter NOT to have caught anything. Hopefully I won't need it!

I made this last week, it wasn't that bad but I would leave out the cayenne next time because it seems to catch in your throat and make you cough. It did seem to help clear our sinuses and open up our breathing pretty quickly, I will make it again but I will leave out the cayenne. 8]

Anyone have any luck with this? A friend of mine posted this on Facebook, I whipped it up last night after I started feeling bad. I couldn't locate the recipe at the time so I did it from memory, only used 1 clove of garlic and added 2 tsp of cinnamon. Drank 1 cup last night and 1 this morning, so it's too early to tell. I'll keep you updated, as I haven't seen many testimonials on here as to whether or not it actually works!
