We discovered this little gem several years back while vacationing in the Yucatan. You know when Mexican beer meets lime, salt and hot sauce everything is going to be O.K.

My mouth is watering. Should I be concerned?

mexican beer (tecate, dos xx, negro modelo)
juice from 1 lime
2 dash(es)
worcestershire sauce
1 dash(es)
jugo maggi (can substitute soy sauce)
1 dash(es)
tobasco sauce
1 pinch
black pepper
margarita salt
ice

Directions Step-By-Step

Rim chilled glass with margarite salt and fill with ice cubes.

Squeeze lime juice over ice and add Worcestershire, Jugo Maggi, Tobasco, black pepper and beer. Mix well.
